Everyone has their favorite Biden Crime Family story. Here’s mine. Ukraine 2013, the big question was whether Ukraine should join the Russian Customs Union or the European Union. The underlying concern was if Ukraine joined either the European Union and lost the Russian market, or the Russian Customs Union and lost the European market, the effects on the Ukrainian economy would be catastrophic. The European Union could not fill the lost Russian market, and the opposite was also true. To compound the issue, Europe can’t afford a poor Ukraine as a failed Ukraine could cause a flow of up to 45 million migrants into the heart of Europe.
Enter Dimitry Firtash a respected Ukrainian philanthropist, entrepreneur, and business leader. Born in Ukraine, Dimitry served in the military, earned a Ukrainian National Affairs degree, established a trading company between Ukraine and Russia, created commercial ties in central Asia for trading Ukrainian gas for food, founded a gas company, invested in the chemical fertilizer industry, purchased a gas line infrastructure construction company, and setup a gas giant between Ukraine and Russia to distribute natural gas at prices below market from Russia. Quite a list of accomplishments. Dimitry’s position was Ukraine should not put itself in an either-or situation when it comes to joining a union. Instead, Ukraine could become a bridge between the two unions with a signed Association Agreement. Europe, Russia, and Ukraine could become an Association, and all would benefit.
Now fast forward a year to 2014, a relatively young inexperienced man named Hunter Biden had just been dishonorably discharged from the US Navy for drug abuse. Hunter was appointed to Burisma’s Board of Directors. He was to be paid over $3 million dollars over the first fourteen months for sitting on Burisma’s board. Burisma is Ukraine’s largest private natural gas producer. Did I mention Hunter Biden happened to be the US VP “Joey-the-big-guy” Biden’s son. Both Burisma and its Board of Directors came under investigation for fraud in Ukraine.
Jump to early 2015, Dimitry Firtash publicly stated Ukraine was failing. Europe was also suffering due to US policy in the region. US policies had been unsuccessful in the Middle East and other countries, so this was no surprise. Dimitry publicly announced he would be returning to Ukraine to launch his plan for Ukraine Modernization.
As quickly as possible, US Vice President “Joey-the-big-guy” Biden, Ukrainian President Poroshenko, and Ukrainian Minister of Affairs Avakov developed a plan to prevent Dimitry’s return. Minister Avakov publicly threatened criminal prosecution against Dimitry. Since Dimitry had not committed any crime in Ukraine, Minister Akamov stated prosecution in Ukraine would occur based upon US charges. Dimitry stated he was not deterred from returning as he had committed no crimes anywhere. The Ukrainian government then organized and endorsed the Ukrainian ultra-right Azov Battalion to threaten Dimitry. Pictures of the military clad Battalion armed and patrolling the Ukrainian airport were posted. The Ukrainian government also closed its airspace to private jets. Dimitry could not return.
Enter Viktor Shokin, the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Ukraine. Viktor Shokin had been previously appointed by President Poroshenko because he won a landslide popular vote in the Parliament, a clear constitutional majority. Viktor Shokin was in the process of beginning an investigation of all members of the Burisma Board for corruption, including Hunter Biden. To make matters worse, Hunter Biden had no background or education related to energy or energy policy.
Once the investigation was announced, President Poroshenko was put under pressure from “Joey-the-big-guy” Biden. Joey threatened to withhold $1 billion dollars in US aid unless Shokin was removed. This type of threat is illegal in the US. Because Shokin refused to close the fraud investigation against Burisma and the board he was forced to leave his position by Ukrainian President Poroshenko. Under intense pressure from above, Shokin submitted his resignation to Poroshenko at the Ukrainian Rada Parliament. And keeping Dimitry Firtash out of Ukraine meant no reform program. US VP “Joey-the-big-guy” Biden released the $1 billion in aid to Ukraine.
Are they mental?
General Prosecutor Viktor Shokin had been forced out for doing his job. Leading a wide range corruption probe into Burisma Holdings where Hunter Biden the US VP’s son was a Board Member. President Poroshenko stated that Biden would not release the $1 billion in US aid until Viktor Shokin was out of office. Until today, “Joey-the-big-guy” Biden’s threat of illegally withholding US aid is available on social media. It is clear the reason for Viktor’s dismissal was his actions against Burisma and the Biden Crime Family’s interest in the company.
As far as Dimitry Firtash versus US policy, the US would never allow a plan for modernization that could shore up Ukraine’s financial independence. Especially at the cost of Ukraine developing closer ties to Russia, Russia, Russia. And God forbid a relationship between Europe, Ukraine, and Russia without US involvement. Come to think of it though, closer ties through agreements and associations are exactly what Ukraine, Europe, and Russia need to achieve stronger economies and shore up infrastructure, energy, and finance. Who knows what might happen? There may not even be a reason for war.
